Brewery De Pauw
OmmenThe brewery is housed in the yard of the century-old farm De Meulenhorst. The yard is located in nature reserve the Eerder Achterbroek between Ommen and Den Ham.
Brewery De Pauw is not a modern beer factory full of measurement and control technology, but an old-fashioned brewery. The only tools are a watch, thermometer and scales. All Pauw beers are top-fermenting, unfiltered, unpasteurized and with secondary fermentation in the bottle. We traditionally brew various types of special beer, mostly according to Belgian recipes.
At this unique location the brewers will gladly show you how all this delicious Pauwbier is made. Afterwards, of course, this beer must be tasted. So come along for a tour
