The 1862 octagonal bell mill was restored after 1995. The mill was formerly used for grinding grain, but is currently out of use.

The 1862 octagonal bell mill. Has been grinding again since December 2001 with one pair of grinding stones. The Besthmener mill is 1 of the 4 mills owned by the municipality of Ommen.
