This year the 8 and 15km run along the floodplains of the Vecht, through the beautiful estate forest of Vilsteren, past Huize Hessum and past quiet ponds and fens. This year the 25 and 40km will take the ferry across the Vecht towards Varsen, through the touristy town of Ommen, across the Eerde Estate and even make a small climb over the Lemelerberg to end in beautiful Vilsteren via the Reggedal. The walking routes are not suitable for making 'asphalt meters', but are aimed at the hiker who can appreciate a beautiful surprising mostly unpaved walking route through the landscape.
Subscribe very please Pre-registration online is greatly appreciated so that we are as prepared as possible for the number of participants. We choose this because the event takes on a serious shape (600+ participants in '24). This is because there is a lot of organizational effort involved and we think it is important that this day runs as smoothly as possible for you, but also for all the volunteers who work to make this possible. On our website www.vilsterenbruist.nl you can find further information and here you can register.
