Which dialect words do you know the meaning of? The dialect dictation is organized as part of 'March Dialect Month', and is intended for all residents of the municipality of Ommen and will be held in the upper room of the Ommen Library.

Because Streektaal has a growing interest, the Ommen Library and the Working Group Streektaal of the CCO, in mutual cooperation, have decided to revive the dialect dictation after several years of absence. The dialect evening is free but by registration and will be held in the upper room of the Ommen Library.
During the intermission, Granny Willems will make her appearance. Grandma Willems enjoyed regional fame because of her interest in Ommen and its inhabitants and wants to make another appearance especially for the participants of the dialect dictation.
