We take you to a very special zoo. The director has invited none other than our King to come and open the new monkey enclosure. Before the King says yes, however, someone from the National Information Service will come by to check everything out. A formality, you might say, were it not for the fact that, of course, all sorts of things happen that could jeopardize the King's visit.
