A Diorama from World War II during the occupation and liberation. Here you can see a German soldier with accessories and his service bicycle. There will also be a Canadian soldier on display with his English army bicycle. The Resistance is also present with a bicycle from the war.
There will be a bicycle that was used during the 1944-1945 hunger winter. This men's bicycle has been converted into a "transport bicycle" and is equipped with solid rubber tires made from strips of car tires. Also on display will be a bicycle with blacked-out lights.
The display cases will feature several World War II items in the area of bicycles. Also on display will be a number of archeological finds from this dark period.
