On Saturday, Aug. 3, 2024, all mills in Ommen will be open from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and tours and other fun activities will take place. The millers would like to show you what makes a mill so interesting and special.

At all mills there will be activities such as music, pancake baking, a mobile saw installation, a threshing machine and much more. At mill De Konijnenbelt you can also visit "Art under the sails. There are also cycling and walking routes available that take you past the mills.
Extra special is that this year mill Den Oord, currently being restored to function as a saw mill, is celebrating its 200th anniversary and will be renamed at noon!
