Planting for more biodiversity

The theme of the first evening is plants. And where better to look at them than in a garden? In order to enjoy some more daylight, we start on time in Machteld Oudshoorn's garden, a spacious garden with many flowering plants, fruit trees, a pond and a bird forest.

We will talk about the importance of native and unsprayed plants, and how we can also give them a place in our garden. What is interesting to do and see in September can vary very much from year to year, while the weather also plays a role in it, so we will go into current conditions.

Furthermore, on this evening a colleague of Birte will also give a share in the program. Someone who can talk just as passionately about (native) plants and who also knows something about biodiversity.
