A regional buffet, fine wines, and a compelling story for a special cause. On Tuesday, October 20, 2026, the Hospice Ommen Foundation is hosting a business networking event at Erve Vechtdal Koe Safari. The foundation invites entrepreneurs from Ommen and the surrounding area to join us and learn more about the plans for the new hospice. All proceeds from ticket sales will benefit Hospice Ommen.

On Tuesday, October 20, 2026, the Hospice Ommen Foundation is hosting a business networking event at Erve Vechtdal Koe Safari. The foundation invites entrepreneurs from Ommen and the surrounding area to join us and learn more about the plans for the new hospice. All proceeds from ticket sales will benefit Hospice Ommen.
The hospice is intended to be a place where people from Ommen and the surrounding area can receive loving care, peace, and attention during the final stage of their lives. During the evening, the foundation will discuss the current status of the plans and what is needed to bring this place to life together. This involves financial support, as well as commitment and connection.
Lianne Booijink, manager of the Ronald McDonald House in Zwolle, will draw on her experience to explain what it takes to build a facility that thrives on care and commitment. She will also share why a sustainable foundation of people and support is so important.
Guests are welcome starting at 6:00 p.m. for drinks and an appetizer. This will be followed by an update on Hospice Ommen, Lianne Booijink’s presentation, and a regional buffet. There will be plenty of time to meet other entrepreneurs. Erve Vechtdal Koe Safari, Tante Pos, and Het Wijnhof are making this evening possible.
