Week of free activities at Noggus&Noggus thrift store

Kringloop Noggus&Noggus organizes in the first week of October a series of free activities around the theme 'Heroes of Reuse'. With this the foundation wants to introduce children to the circular economy in a playful way, and show adults how much time and space it takes to sustainably process the millions of kilos of donated items from Ommen.

Wednesday, Oct. 1: Children's book exchange market

On the first day of Children's Book Week, children can bring a book from home and exchange it for another children's book for free at the thrift store. The children's book exchange market will take place from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.

Saturday, October 4: Thrift Safari - behind-the-scenes tours

What happens to a donation once it comes in? How are prices determined? During the Kringloop Safari, employees take visitors behind the scenes. They will show how the process from intake to store floor and pricing of products is done and what role colleagues from the social field play in this process. Pick a free cuddly toy
